The Dh28.63 million ($7.8 million) turnkey contract involves construction across 6,600 sq m over four levels – basement and the ground, mezzanine and first floors. The total area of the plot is 3,000 sq m.
The building, a trademark design by Naga, will be ready for handover with necessary fit-outs by April-end 2009. Naga Architects are the project consultants.
