For 30 years, Kemper has taken care of clean air in the working environment for the safety of all employees in many companies.

The company has been dealing with the development, production and sales of high-quality products for systematic air purification at work since the year 1977. Today Kemper, as an owner-operated company, is one of the leading manufacturers of extraction and filter units for metal working and extraction systems for the electrical and car industry.
The company has made continuous investments in research and development and co-operates closely with universities, research institutes and technical inspection agencies in its quest to offer innovative products.
Well known registered products brought out by the company include the autodark welding protection helmets and autoflow breathing protection systems. The Kemper extraction and filtration systems 8000 and 9000 provide the ideal solution for fume extraction in a working environment in the metal industry, the company says.
The company presen-ted an overview of the efficacy of its filtration system.
It said that in a situation where thermal cutting of metal resulted in a big increase in dust particles, its systems allowed effective filtration of air.
“Especially targeted for the requirements of thermal cutting, Kemper systems are capable of filtering the extremely large quantities of dust. In tests which Kemper has carried out together with well-known plasma source manufacturers, the outstanding efficiency of the KemTex ePFTE-membrane cartridge filter has been proved,” the company said.
“That is why more and more customers trust Kemper extraction and filtration systems 8000 and 9000 for effective and efficient filtration of thermal cutting dusts.”
Kemper stressed that a clean and safe working environment was an important contributor to the quality of life.
During the welding process, a variety of different gases, fumes and dust are released which reach the lungs and endanger human health. As a leading company for systematic air purification in the working environment, Kemper offers a comprehensive range of high-performance extraction units for all workshop requirements.
Kemper’s new products include the Filter-Master XL and Dusty.
The Filter-Master XL is designed to meet the requirements at changing workstations, the company reports and has become an industry standard for mobile self-cleaning filter units, the company says. The unit is authorised as “BGIA-W3” and therefore suitable for the filtration of welding smoke created during the welding of high-alloy materials. It is equipped with the KemTex ePTFE membrane filter cartridges and assures the filtration of ultra-fine particles. The cleaning of the filters takes place automatically.
Kemper Dusty is another company product recently launched. It has been especially designed for flexible use. The compact high-vacuum extraction system is ideal for daily use in various workplaces.
The air filtration takes place with the Kemper KemTex ePTFE cartridge filter membrane which enables the Dusty to filter ultrafine dusts particles
At Kemper, 290 employees are occupied with the development, production and worldwide distribution of its products. Kemper is represented in almost every country in the world either through a distributor, a sales partner or a subsidiary.
