The project was executed without any safety incident, within plan and budget. “The warm appreciation letter received from Satorp emphasised our success,” he says.

Standard operating procedures (SOP) were used to provide guidance on how and in which sequence key activities must be performed. This is to avoid trial and error, which will delay the turnaround.

“Our work instructions/Method of Statement have detailed step-by-step directions that help us consistently perform activities as intended.
