Alba officials at the Dusseldorf event

ALBA reiterated its commitment to strengthening the presence of its product portfolio in Europe and various global markets while attending an aluminium exhibition in Germany.

It was a key participant at Aluminium 2014: the 10th World Trade Fair & Conference, held at Dusseldorf.

Alba’s stand at Aluminium 2014 showcased its high-grade aluminium products and highlighted the company’s operations, productivity and state-of-the-art technology, safety, health and environment policies. Its officials also held successful meetings with customers and suppliers and gained insights about new technologies.

Alba’s chief marketing officer, Jean Baptiste Lucas, said: “Alba’s participation in Aluminium 2014 is in line with its strategic objective to increase the market share of its high-grade aluminium products in global markets. The event presented numerous opportunities to interact with our current and potential customers and suppliers and seek potential business for the future. It was also an ideal platform to boost Bahrain’s reputation as an industrial hub, and showcase Alba’s contribution to the kingdom’s economic success.”

Aluminium 2014 was one of the world’s largest trade events for the aluminium industry where aluminium producers and converters met with suppliers of technologies and equipment for production, further processing and finishing.
