The exhibition will be hosted by Ras Al Khaimah Emirate

Ras Al Khaimah's SMEs and entrepreneurs are expected to get a boost when more than 200 companies from over 20 countries will join them at a major event in November.

They will discuss the latest developments in the secotor at the Saud Bin Saqr Foundation for Youth Project Development’s international fair.

The exhibition will be hosted by Ras Al Khaimah Emirate in coordination with Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Ras Al Khaimah Exhibition Centre. It will take place from November 14 to 16.

This announcement was made in a meeting attended by Mohamed Musabbeh Al Nuaimi, chairman, RAK Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Youssef Mohamed Ismail, head of the Supreme Committee of Saud Bin Saqr Foundation for Youth Project Development; and Mohammed Hassan Al Sabab, director of Ras Al Khaimah Exhibition Centre.

The event will reinforce the growth of the SMEs in the emirate, as it will contribute to building strategic partnerships that help in achieving the goals of the partners.

Al Nuaimi affirmed that organising this international exhibition with over 20 countries shall boost the government efforts of supporting the SMEs contribution in the national economy and achieve the non-oil economy.

He also emphasised the role of HH Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah and the Crown Prince Sheikh Mohamed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qassimi in supporting the services and facilities that reinforce the SMEs and their sponsorship of the events that bring all the players in on roof, the thing which enhance the emirate position in the regional and global business landscape.  

Al Nuaimi added: “With this great number of exhibitors, the exhibition shall offer a unique opportunity for the participants to share and discuss the best practices in the business sector, and showcase the experiences and available investment opportunities in the UAE, building business partnerships and reinforce the communication channels between the companies in the private sector.”

Youssef Mohamed Ismail, head of the Supreme Committee of Saud Bin Saqr Foundation for Youth Project Development, said: “The three days exhibition shall be attended by experts from business sectors. The exhibition shall offer the opportunity for small and medium establishment’s owners to reach over 200 exhibitors in one of the biggest SMEs exhibitions in the region.”

He further affirmed that organising such kind of events is part of our mission at Saud Bin Saqr Foundation for Youth Project Development, since it represents and ideal forum for supporting the SMEs owners in the UAE.
