Sitecore appoints new Regional Vice President in Saudi Arabia

San Francisco-headquartered Sitecore, a global leader in customer experience management and marketing software, has announced the appointment of its new Regional Vice President, Ahmed Alrabiah.

A regional industry veteran, Alrabiah joins Sitecore with more than 15 years of experience in the sector, having held leadership roles at one of the world’s largest ERP software solutions providers.

Commenting on the recent appointment, Mohammed Al-Khotani, Area Vice President – Middle East and Africa, Sitecore said: “I want to take this opportunity to congratulate Ahmed Alrabiah on his new role as the Regional Vice President and am confident that, with the experience he brings, he can be a driving force to further strengthen Sitecore’s presence in the region.”

Infoblox names AlShalahi as Country Manager for Saudi Arabia

Infoblox, a leading player in cloud-first DNS management and security, has announced the appointment of Mansoor AlShalahi as Country Manager for Saudi Arabia.

In this role, AlShalahi will develop channel strategies to lead the sales and presales teams to establish and expand the customer base in Saudi across all sectors, while also enhancing strategic partnerships and alliances with local and global security, networking and cloud vendors.

Asco appoints new Group Head of HSSEQ, promotes new sustainability lead

Global integrated logistics and materials management company, Asco, has appointed Peter Guild, as new Group Head of HSSEQ and promoted Thuy-Tien Le Guen Dang to support the company sustainability strategy.

Guild brings a wealth of experience spanning over 30 years working across construction, and oil and gas sectors having previously held positions at Subsea 7 and Sparrows Offshore Services.

In his new role, Guild will be responsible for the strategic delivery of Group HSSEQ activities whilst supporting the firm’s fundamental obsessions of safety and service excellence and sustainability.

To drive this business transition and the company-wide culture shift, Thuy-Tien Le Guen Dang has been promoted to Group Sustainability and Marketing Manager and become the focal point for the business both internally and externally.

Dang has 16 years’ experience in a range of sectors including agriculture, mining and water treatment, undertaking various commercial roles.

Valve industry veteran joins Oxford Flow as Chief Strategy Officer

Oxford Flow, a flow control equipment specialist, announced the appointment of Glocon Global CEO, Colin Findlay, as Chief Strategy Officer ahead of planned global growth.

Findlay, an energy industry expert, brings more than 40 years’ experience, including 13 years as Executive Director and a further two years as Chief Executive of the Severn Glocon Global Group. Since 2018, he has also held the position of Chairman & Industry Lead at the UK’s valve industry body, British Valve & Actuator Association (BVAA).

Bringing extensive knowledge of the energy industry, and petrochemicals, Findlay has a successful track record in strategic operations, diversification and regional expansion, and large scale investment deals.
