The Fluke 810 vibration tester

FLUKE Corporation, a global leader in portable electronic test and measurement technology, has introduced two new products, the Fluke 810 vibration tester, which is the most advanced troubleshooting instrument available for vibration, and the Fluke VT04 visual IR thermometer, the latest troubleshooting tool with built-in digital camera and thermal heat map overlay that bridges the gap between traditional IR thermometers and infrared cameras.

The Fluke 810 enables maintenance teams to rapidly collect data and diagnose and solve mechanical problems with an affordable, easy to use tool.

The handheld Fluke 810 is designed and programmed to diagnose the most common mechanical problems of unbalance, looseness, misalignment and bearing failures in a wide variety of mechanical equipment, including motors, fans, blowers, belts and chain drives, gearboxes, couplings, pumps, compressors, closed coupled machines and spindles. When it detects a fault, the Fluke 810 identifies the problem and rates its severity on a four-level scale to help the maintenance professional prioritise maintenance tasks. It also recommends repairs. Context-sensitive on-board help menus provide new users with real-time guidance and tips.

The Fluke VT04 builds on the popular Fluke VT02 and adds PyroBlend Plus with a four-time sharper resolution than the VT02 and automatic alarm features. It is the ideal frontline troubleshooting tool for electrical, industrial maintenance, HVAC/R, and automotive applications.

The ultra-compact Fluke VT04 is fully automatic with built-in intelligence, so issues can be detected instantly with no training required.
