Paper Arabia takes place in Dubai, September 26 to 28

Gulf paper industry has seen major developments over the past few years and, with the exponential rise in its growth potential, leading local and regional players are now in the midst of strategic investment and market expansion.

Paper Arabia 2016 is a unique platform for the Middle Eastern and African Manufacturers, buyers and traders to meet, source, discuss and negotiate all related information in the paper industry. Many of the world’s biggest paper suppliers will be exhibiting in this event.

The event is used as a platform by some of the world’s most advanced enterprises to unveil new technologies and trends. It brings together some of the world’s biggest and most developed machinery and technology suppliers. 

Deals worth over Dh800 million were made at last year’s event. This year’s event is expected to host over 8,500 trade visitors from 60 countries. 

The main focus of this year’s exhibition will be the corrugated and carton industry.

MIDEAST WATCH AND JEWELLERY SHOW

MidEast Watch & Jewellery Show is a five-day event which showcases products like diamond, gold, platinum and silver jewellery, cut and uncut gemstones, gem sets, branded watches and clocks, packaging and display materials and other related products in the Gems and Jewellery industry.

In more ways than one, the MidEast Watch & Jewellery Show has set the trends for jewellery shows in the country and region. It is the only show that is held twice a year, and in the process created two jewellery buying seasons a year. Being a biannual show, it has the most brand recall among trade events and has become a household name among residents and visitors. It is also the only event that can boast of a close to 90 per cent exhibitor retention rate.

Over 500 leading jewellers from Bahrain, Belgium, China, Egypt, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malaysia, Pakistan, Qatar, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, USA, UAE and Yemen will be showcasing their best pieces at this year’s event.

SAUDI AGRICULTURE 2016

Through constant support from the Ministry of Agriculture, Saudi Agriculture Exhibition has effectively contributed to the expansion and development of the agricultural sector in Saudi Arabia and its elevation to international standards.

SEATRADE MIDDLE EAST MARITIME

The maritime meeting place for the Middle East returns for its eighth edition as part of Dubai Maritime Week.

This flagship event for the maritime sector attracts nearly 8,000 attendees from across 69 different countries who specifically use this platform to do business with owners, operators, managers, charterers, superintendents, senior management and anyone involved with the procurements of equipment and services within the maritime, offshore, oil & gas and ports industries.

The three day event includes a conference, an exhibition, networking opportunities and more.

For the first time, Seatrade Maritime Middle East welcomes partners, ISSA (International Ship Suppliers and Services Association) and Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology (IMarEST) UAE Branch who will be hosting events within the Seatrade event programme.
