Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (Rakez) said it has re-opened the doors of its service centres at Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah and in Downtown Dubai, welcoming clients to avail all kinds of services, including renewals and business support services, among many others.

The decision of resuming operations in the service centres came in response to the growing number of service requests being received by the economic zone.

With the re-opening of these locations, Rakez clients can now avail various types of services by visiting the premises, which can conveniently be done through pre-scheduled appointments for a more efficient experience, it stated.

Rakez Group CEO Ramy Jallad said: "Serving our clients is deep-rooted in the Rakez DNA, and we wanted to make things easier for our clients and cater to them in every way. Hence, we have decided to open the doors of our service centres with proper precautions in place."

"We are excited to see familiar faces back to our premises, but of course our services are also available through Rakez Portal 360, which is accessible to our clients anytime and anywhere," he added.

Prior to opening the service centres, Rakez has implemented comprehensive protective measures. These precautions were rolled out to maintain the health and safety of its employees, clients and visitors, ensuring them a safe and hassle-free visit.-TradeArabia News Service
