RTA, Serco ink deal The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai has signed a Dh105 million ($28.6 million) contract with the British firm Serco for an operation system for the Dubai Tram. The contract is valid for 75 months and includes a 15-month period when Serco will recruit and train staff.
