THE Middle East region saw the biggest increase in Scottish oil and gas supply chain exports in 2011/2012, according to new figures published by Scottish Enterprise and the Scottish Council for Development and Industry (SCDI). INVESTMENTS in all industrial estates operated by Oman’s Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (PEIE) totalled RO4.4 million ($11.4 billion) at the end of last year, its CEO has said.
