Global professional services company Turner & Townsend has appointed David Hancox to lead its natural resources division in the Middle East and North Africa (Mena) as it strengthens its offering in the region.

Since joining Turner & Townsend over 12 years ago, Hancox has been instrumental in building the business’ natural resources division in Asia and most recently led the UK and Europe Natural Resources business. 

Based in Abu Dhabi, his new role will see him build on the business’ recent growth in the Middle East.  2018 saw Turner & Townsend record nearly £45 million ($59.50 million) in revenue across the region, working on key projects including the UAE Pavilion in Dubai for Expo2020 and Abu Dhabi Airport’s Midfield Terminal Complex.
