Following the reshuffle, Fadhil Al Ansari has been named as general manager–corporate support; Yasser Al Abbasi is the new general manager– manufacturing; Jehad Khalfan is now the new finance and marketing manager; Khalid Al Bin Ali has been named plants operations manager; Jassim Darwish is the new maintenance manager; Bader Al Mansouri has been named as the technical services manager; Jamal Al Shawoosh as safety, security, health and environment manager and Ahmed Al Arabi takes over as the procurement and warehousing manager.

“The changes reflect the great confidence of the chairman and board of directors in the capabilities of all the members of the executive management,” said GPIC president Dr Abdulrahman Jawahery.

“The new appointees will now oversee the implementation of important expansion projects in addition to investment partnerships the company intends to enter into.”
