The upcoming Gulf Property Show 2017 is set to be a record show with already 75 per cent of the exhibition spaces sold, said the event organisers Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE).

The boutique showcase for real estate and property will be held from May 9 to 11 under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of Bahrain.

Gulf Property Show has been home to the unveiling of some Bahrain’s major developments such as Diyar Al Muharraq’s masterplanned city, Eagle Hill’s iconic Marassi Bahrain Development, the El Mercado Village Project by First Bahrain and Bahrain Bay’s $2.5-million development, Water Bay.

Internationally, the show hosted the global launch of Bangkok’s prestigious Nana Tower project, said the organisers.

The show’s portfolio of real estate presented includes launches of luxury property developments from the UK, Turkey, US and Australia, it stated. On the overwhelming response, Jubran Abdulrahman, the managing director of HCE, said: “Gulf Property Show has established a reputation, in four years, as being the annual event in Bahrain for investing in real estate. Our year-on-year growth in size will be matched in 2017 with already 75 per cent of the exhibition spaces sold.”

Already signed up for Gulf Property Show 2017 are Bin Faqeeh Real Estate, GFH (Gulf Finance House) Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate Company Al Tijaria Real Estate, Al Maawdah Group, Ahmed Al Qaed Group, Grnata Group, Al Bilad Real Estate and Investment Company, BBK and Arab Bank.

“The business value of the Gulf Property Show is the key to its popularity. We have developed a strong marketing approach to promote our stake-holders’ real estate portfolio as the priority for the expo,” remarked Ahmed Suleiman, the Gulf Property Show exhibition director.
