Heat exchanger key to Cold Jet product

A dry ice pelletiser, developed by Cold Jet and which provides the most efficient liquid carbon dioxide consumption to dry ice output ratio,  owes this capability to its innovative heat exchanger.

IceTechPR120H is a fully automated dry ice pelletiser that caters to regional/low volume dry ice producers by supplying up to 120 kg (265 lbs) of dry ice pellets on demand. It is equipped with unique features that are changing the game in dry ice production, Cold Jet stated. The heat exchanger helps reduce carbon dioxide waste, making the PR120H the most productive low volume pelletiser on the market.

In addition, the PR120H pelletiser is made with Cold Jet’s innovative closed chamber technology. The stainless steel enclosure creates a moisture-free environment, ensuring an unbeatable three minute startup time and reduces noise levels to 75 dbA.
