A first of its kind waste to energy facility in the Middle East developed by leading sustainability pioneer Beeah and Abu Dhabi's renewable energy company Masdar, has opened in Sharjah. It will enable Sharjah to increase waste diversion from 76% to 100%.

2,000km NETWORK LINKS 60 CITIES
Siemens Mobility and its consortium partners Orascom Construction and Arab Contractors have signed a contract with Egyptian National Authority for Tunnels to build the world's sixth largest high-speed rail system running 2,000 km long linking 60 cities.
